Platform reference
Welya
A French-founded webinar platform that Welya presents as built around conversion data — lead scoring, in-session polls and A/B tested offers. Welya says it also runs evergreen sessions; its plans are priced in euros and sold by Welya, Inc. (Delaware, USA).
Pricing read from Welya’s pricing grid on 25 September 2026.
Plans and limits
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly | Per month, yearly | Attendees | Session cap |

| Launch | €99 | €948 | €79 | 500 | 2 h |
| Grow | €299 | €2,748 | €229 | 2,000 | 3 h |
| Scale | €499 | €4,440 | €370 | Unlimited | 12 h |
What Welya says it does differently
Welya’s argument is that a webinar tool should be judged on what it sells, not on what it streams. Six capabilities carry that claim. These are the vendor’s own descriptions of its product, and we have not stress-tested them. What we did check ourselves is the pricing, the attendee caps and the session limits in the table above, as published on Welya’s pricing grid.
Live A/B testing of the offer. Two versions of the same offer are put in front of the audience during the session, and the one that performs takes over. No other platform in our comparison advertises this.
Per-attendee lead scoring. Clicks, reactions and messages are scored from the waiting room onward, so the post-session export ranks attendees by intent instead of listing them alphabetically.
A ranking your sales team can act on. After the session: who showed up, who took part, who is ready to buy. The stated point being that reps prioritise instead of guessing.
Purchase notifications during the session. When someone buys, the room is told.
Reaction-driven chat, polls and live counters, used to hold attention rather than to decorate the room.
Branding from the first screen. Logo, colours and identity applied to the waiting room and the session itself.
If you take the free trial, the A/B test and the lead score are the two things worth checking first: they are the reasons to pick Welya that have nothing to do with price.
What stands out
Live and evergreen on every plan, per Welya. Welya says it runs both live and evergreen webinars, and its pricing grid lists the same features on all three plans: only the caps change. For comparison, from each vendor’s pricing page read 21 September 2026: WebinarJam includes EverWebinar from its Basic plan ($79/mo billed yearly, with the same 500 attendees and 2 hours as Welya Launch) but not on its $39 Starter; Demio starts automation at Growth; ClickMeeting puts it in its Automated plan, one step above Live; and BigMarker lists evergreen on Enterprise only.
Euro pricing. Welya lists its plans in euros, excluding tax, while most of the alternatives in this category price in US dollars, which puts the exchange rate and card fees on every renewal for European buyers. One precision: according to Welya’s terms of use, the contracting company is Welya, Inc., incorporated in Delaware (USA). This is euro pricing, not an EU entity, so check how VAT is handled before you subscribe.
Flat pricing. Within a plan’s attendee cap, the bill does not move with the size of your audience — the direct opposite of Livestorm’s per-attendee model.
What to weigh
The entry room is 500 attendees and sessions cap at 2 hours. Enough for a sales webinar, not for a large one-off event. More means Grow: 2,000 attendees and three-hour sessions, €229/mo excl. tax, billed yearly. Welya advertises unlimited attendees on Scale (€370/mo excl. tax, billed yearly, 12-hour sessions). Among the other platforms we compare, WebinarJam Enterprise holds 5,000 attendees at a public price ($379/mo billed yearly, 4-hour sessions), Livestorm’s Pro tier 3,000, and BigMarker’s quote-only Enterprise 10,000.
The company is early-stage. Welya announced a $200,000 raise in April 2026. That usually means a fast-moving roadmap, and a smaller track record than a ten-year-old competitor.

Compared against
We earn commission from Welya and, since September 2026, from Genesis Digital, the publisher of WebinarJam, EverWebinar and Kartra. Genesis pays us a higher rate in a customer’s first year; Welya pays a lower rate for as long as the subscription runs. Neither decides what these comparisons say. Disclosure.
- Against LivestormFlat euro pricing against per-attendee billing where replays burn credits.
- Against DemioWelya says it runs live and evergreen and lists the same features on all three plans, against automation that starts at Demio’s Growth plan.
- Against eWebinarLive sessions plus evergreen on every plan, per Welya, against automation-only with one active funnel.
- Against WebinarJamThe same 500-attendee, 2-hour package, both at 79 a month billed yearly: euros excluding tax for Welya, with evergreen on every plan per Welya, US dollars for WebinarJam Basic, which includes EverWebinar.
- Against EverWebinarLive and evergreen from one vendor, on every plan per Welya, against EverWebinar’s standalone plan, which its publisher also bundles into WebinarJam Basic ($79/mo billed yearly) and above.
- Against BigMarkerA price you can read on a public page, against three tiers that all say “Let’s talk”.
- Against an all-in-one suiteA dedicated tool that publishes its limits, against a marketing suite whose built-in webinar module is being retired: from 1 November 2026, its webinars can no longer be created or edited.
