The Best Demio Alternatives in 2026
Demio's $45 Starter plan does not include automated webinars. Here is what the alternatives cost once you price in evergreen, checked between 5 and 25 September 2026.
Prices read from each vendor’s pricing page on 5 September 2026. WebinarJam, EverWebinar and ClickMeeting rechecked on 21 September 2026; Welya read 25 September 2026.
The short answer. Demio's advertised entry price is $45 a month billed annually — but automated and on-demand webinars are not on that plan. To automate anything you move to Growth at $80 a month billed annually. If evergreen is why you came, Demio's real starting price is $80, not $45.
- You want a flat euro price, excluding tax: 500 attendees and two-hour sessions from €79/mo billed yearly Welya — sold by Welya, Inc., a company registered in Delaware, USA. Welya says it runs both live and evergreen webinars, and its pricing grid lists the same features on all three plans: only the caps change.
- Automation is the entire point and you never go live eWebinar
- You want the lowest entry price, billed from inside the EU ClickMeeting ($37/mo billed yearly, 50 attendees); WebinarGeek (€49/mo billed yearly) is next
Why people leave Demio
- Automated and on-demand webinars are not included on Starter. The feature appears from Growth onward, at $80 a month billed annually — nearly double the headline price.
- The Starter room holds 50 attendees. That is the smallest entry-tier room in this comparison alongside ClickMeeting and WebinarGeek, and it fills faster than most people expect.
- Sessions are capped at three hours on Starter. Fine for a sales webinar, tight for a workshop or a training day.
- Billing is in US dollars, so European buyers carry the exchange rate and the card fees on every renewal.
Where Demio still wins
Where Demio is genuinely strong: the annual discount is one of the most consistent here — between 29 % and 32 % across every tier — and the Growth plan lifts sessions to eight hours. If you already need Growth for the attendee count, the automation comes at no extra cost.

The alternatives, one by one
Welya €79/mo excl. tax, billed yearly
What’s good. Flat euro pricing, excluding tax. Welya says it runs both live and evergreen webinars, and its pricing grid lists the same features on all three plans: only the caps change. Welya also advertises two features nobody else here lists: live A/B testing of the offer mid-session, and intent scoring of every attendee. These are Welya’s own descriptions; we have not stress-tested them.
What’s not. 500 attendees and two-hour sessions at entry. More means Grow: 2,000 attendees and three-hour sessions, €229/mo excl. tax billed yearly. Welya advertises unlimited attendees on Scale, €370/mo excl. tax billed yearly, with 12-hour sessions.
eWebinar $84/mo billed yearly
What’s good. The slickest automation of the lot. Unlimited recurring sessions on every tier, so running a funnel all year never costs extra.
What’s not. One active webinar at entry. Want a second funnel? That’s $199/mo. And the annual discount is the thinnest here at 15 %.
WebinarGeek €49/mo billed yearly
What’s good. €49/mo billed yearly, priced in euros, and it bills you from inside the EU.
What’s not. Automated webinars only from Premium, €69/mo billed yearly. The cheap entry isn’t the one you want.
ClickMeeting $37/mo billed yearly
What’s good. A 14-day free trial capped at 25 attendees, and it bills in the EU.
What’s not. Automation sits in the Automated plan, one tier up: $48 against $37 for the same 50-attendee room.
WebinarJam $39/mo billed yearly
What’s good. From Basic, at $79/mo billed yearly, EverWebinar is included at no extra cost: live and automated webinars on one subscription, 500 attendees, two-hour sessions. That is cheaper than buying EverWebinar on its own ($99/mo billed yearly).
What’s not. The $39 Starter cuts you off at one hour and leaves EverWebinar out entirely.
EverWebinar $99/mo billed yearly
What’s good. Half price if you pay yearly: $99/mo, with $1,188 charged upfront. Sixty per cent off over two years: $79/mo, with $1,896 upfront. Only WebinarGeek matches 50 %, and only on its 1,000-viewer Premium plan. But compare first: WebinarJam Basic, at $79/mo billed yearly, already includes EverWebinar and adds live webinars and 500 attendees. Only sign for two years if support confirms in writing what you need.
What’s not. No live product at all. And no free trial: $1 for 14 days, then $199/mo unless you cancel.
Straight answers
Is there a free Demio alternative?
No platform in this comparison has a permanently free tier that includes automated webinars. ClickMeeting’s “Free” option is a 14-day trial capped at 25 attendees, and most vendors offer a 14-day free trial. WebinarJam and EverWebinar charge $1 for theirs, and both refund within 30 days. Welya offers a free trial. Checked 5 September 2026; ClickMeeting, WebinarJam and EverWebinar rechecked 21 September 2026, Welya read 25 September 2026.
What does Demio actually cost?
Demio's entry tier is $45/mo billed yearly, for up to 50 attendees and 3-hour sessions. Checked on demio.com/pricing, 5 September 2026.
Which one is cheapest for evergreen webinars?
Cheapest depends on what "evergreen" costs you on top of the entry price. Demio, WebinarGeek and WebinarJam all require a higher tier before automation is available; ClickMeeting puts it in its Automated plan, one tier up; eWebinar and EverWebinar are built around it; Welya says it runs both live and evergreen webinars, and its pricing grid lists the same features on all three plans: only the caps change. Compare the "Evergreen" column above rather than the headline price.
How often are these prices updated?
Every figure on this page was read from the vendor’s own pricing page between 5 and 25 September 2026: first on 5 September, then WebinarJam, EverWebinar and ClickMeeting rechecked 21 September 2026 and Welya read 25 September 2026. The dates are shown with the table. The next scheduled review is 5 December 2026. If you spot a price that has moved, the date tells you how stale this page is.
Do you get paid for these recommendations?
Yes, for some of them. On this page, the Welya, WebinarJam and EverWebinar links go through /go/ and are affiliate links: we earn a commission from Welya, and from Genesis Digital, which publishes WebinarJam and EverWebinar. Links straight to a vendor’s own domain (eWebinar, WebinarGeek, ClickMeeting) are not tracked. In the first year, Genesis pays us a higher percentage than Welya; Welya pays for longer, for as long as the subscription runs. Commission does not set the order: Welya ranks first here despite the lower first-year rate, for its flat euro pricing excluding tax, 500 attendees and two-hour sessions from €79/mo billed yearly. Welya says it runs both live and evergreen webinars, and its pricing grid lists the same features on all three plans: only the caps change. Platforms we earn nothing from are still listed and can still win. The full list is on our disclosure page. The ranking method is published in full on our methodology page.
How this page was built
Every price, attendee cap and session limit above was read between 5 and 25 September 2026 from the vendor’s own pricing page — never from a third-party roundup: first on 5 September, then WebinarJam, EverWebinar and ClickMeeting rechecked 21 September 2026 and Welya read 25 September 2026. Where a vendor does not publish a figure, the table says “Not stated” rather than guessing.
