The Best eWebinar Alternatives in 2026
eWebinar caps you at one active webinar and 1,000 registrants a month on entry. Here is what the alternatives allow, checked between 5 and 25 September 2026.
Prices read from each vendor’s pricing page on 5 September 2026; WebinarJam, EverWebinar and trial terms re-checked on 21 September, Welya read 25 September 2026.
The short answer. eWebinar is built for automation and does it well — but its entry tier allows exactly one active webinar and 1,000 registrants a month. The moment you run a second funnel you are on Level 2 at $199 a month. If you need live sessions too, or more than one funnel, the alternatives below cost less for the same job.
- You want a fixed price in euros: 500 attendees and two-hour sessions from €79/mo excl. tax, billed yearly Welya — sold by Welya, Inc., a company registered in Delaware, USA. Welya says it runs both live and evergreen webinars, and its pricing grid lists the same features on all three plans: only the caps change.
- You want to be billed from inside the EU, in euros WebinarGeek
- You want EverWebinar’s automation for less than EverWebinar costs on its own ($99/mo billed yearly) WebinarJam Basic: $79/mo billed yearly, EverWebinar included, with live webinars and 500 attendees. The $39 Starter leaves EverWebinar out, and WebinarJam’s pricing page does not say whether the bundled EverWebinar keeps the Basic plan’s limits, so ask before you switch.
Why people leave eWebinar
- Level 1 allows a single active eWebinar. A second funnel — a different offer, a different language, a different segment — means Level 2 at $199 a month.
- Capacity is metered in registrants per month rather than concurrent attendees, which makes it hard to compare against every other platform here and easy to underestimate.
- The annual discount is 15 %, flat across all three levels, the smallest in this comparison. WebinarJam takes 20 % off its entry plans, Demio around 30 %, WebinarGeek 29 % on its entry plan and up to 50 % on its 1,000-viewer Premium plan, and EverWebinar 50 %, though that 50 % comes off a $199 monthly price, twice what WebinarJam Basic charges with EverWebinar included.
- There is no live webinar product. eWebinar automates pre-recorded sessions; if you also run live events you will be paying for a second tool.
Where eWebinar still wins
Credit where it is due: eWebinar's automation is the most refined in this group, the interaction timeline is genuinely good, and unlimited recurring sessions on every tier means the number of times a funnel runs is never the thing that costs you money.

The alternatives, one by one
Welya €79/mo excl. tax, billed yearly
What’s good. Flat euro pricing, excl. tax: 500 attendees and two-hour sessions from €79/mo billed yearly. Welya says it runs both live and evergreen webinars, and its pricing grid lists the same features on all three plans: only the caps change. Welya also advertises two features nobody else here lists: live A/B testing of the offer mid-session, and intent scoring of every attendee. These are Welya’s own descriptions; we have not stress-tested them.
What’s not. The 500 attendees and two-hour sessions at entry are the same caps WebinarJam Basic gives you, with EverWebinar included, for $79/mo billed yearly, in dollars. More means Grow: 2,000 attendees and three-hour sessions, €229/mo excl. tax, billed yearly. Scale, at €370/mo excl. tax, billed yearly, has 12-hour sessions, and Welya advertises unlimited attendees on Scale.
ClickMeeting $37/mo billed yearly
What’s good. It bills in the EU, and its 14-day free trial (25 attendees) needs no credit card. That is a trial, not a free plan you can keep.
What’s not. Automation sits in the Automated plan, one tier up: $48 against $37 for the same 50-attendee room.
WebinarGeek €49/mo billed yearly
What’s good. €49/mo billed yearly, priced in euros, and it bills you from inside the EU.
What’s not. Automated webinars only from Premium, €69/mo billed yearly. The cheap entry isn’t the one you want.
Our interest, stated plainly. Since 14 September 2026 we have been an affiliate of Genesis Digital, the company behind WebinarJam, EverWebinar and Kartra, through PartnerStack. The WebinarJam and EverWebinar links on this page are affiliate links: if you subscribe through them, Genesis Digital pays us a commission on your first year, and nothing after that. Under that programme, a sale of EverWebinar on its own pays a bigger commission than a sale of WebinarJam Basic. The cheaper way in is still WebinarJam Basic: at $79/mo billed yearly it already includes EverWebinar, which costs $99/mo billed yearly on its own. Prices on the WebinarJam and EverWebinar cards were re-checked on the vendors’ own pricing pages on 21 September 2026.
WebinarJam $39/mo billed yearly
What’s good. From Basic up, EverWebinar comes bundled. Live and automated, one price, no upsell.
What’s not. The $39 Starter cuts you off at one hour and leaves EverWebinar out entirely.
Demio $45/mo billed yearly
What’s good. A consistent annual discount: 29 % to 32 % on every tier with a monthly price. Eight-hour sessions from Growth up.
What’s not. Evergreen isn’t on the $45 Starter. Automation really starts at $80.
EverWebinar $99/mo billed yearly
What’s good. The biggest cut on its own list price: $99/mo billed yearly is half the $199 monthly rate, and the two-year plan drops to $79/mo (60 % off, $1,896 charged upfront). Only WebinarGeek matches 50 %, and only on its 1,000-viewer Premium plan. Compare before you commit, and sign for two years only if support confirms in writing what you need.
What’s not. No live presenting: EverWebinar plays a recording on a schedule, and you can only step in through the chat. No free trial either: $1 for 14 days, then $199/mo unless you cancel. And bought on its own it is the expensive way in: WebinarJam Basic, at $79/mo billed yearly, includes EverWebinar and adds live webinars for 500 attendees, for $20 a month less than EverWebinar alone.
Straight answers
Is there a free eWebinar alternative?
No platform in this comparison has a permanently free plan that includes automated webinars. ClickMeeting’s "Free" plan is a 14-day trial capped at 25 attendees. WebinarGeek and eWebinar offer 14-day free trials; WebinarJam and EverWebinar charge $1 for 14 days, after which EverWebinar bills $199/mo unless you cancel. Checked 21 September 2026. Welya offers a free trial too.
What does eWebinar actually cost?
eWebinar's entry tier is $84/mo billed yearly. Checked on ewebinar.com/pricing, 5 September 2026.
Which one is cheapest for evergreen webinars?
Cheapest depends on what "evergreen" costs you on top of the entry price. Demio and WebinarJam both require a higher tier before automation is available; ClickMeeting puts it in its Automated plan, one tier up; Livestorm includes on-demand, but every viewer uses an attendee credit, one per person per session. Compare the "Evergreen" column above rather than the headline price.
How often are these prices updated?
Every figure on this page was read from the vendor’s own pricing page between 5 and 25 September 2026: most on 5 September, the WebinarJam/EverWebinar prices and trial terms re-checked on 21 September, and Welya’s plans read 25 September 2026. The table caption gives the date for each row. The next scheduled review is 5 December 2026. If you spot a price that has moved, the dates tell you how stale this page is.
Do you get paid for these recommendations?
Yes, for some of them. We are affiliates of Welya and of Genesis Digital (WebinarJam, EverWebinar, Kartra). On this page, the Welya, WebinarJam and EverWebinar links go through /go/ and are affiliate links; the other links point straight at the vendor’s domain and earn us nothing. Genesis Digital pays a higher percentage, on the first year only; Welya pays a lower one for as long as the customer stays. eWebinar, Demio, WebinarGeek and ClickMeeting pay us nothing, are still listed, and can still win. Commission does not set the order; the ranking method is published in full on our methodology page.
How this page was built
Every price, attendee cap and session limit above was read from the vendor’s own pricing page between 5 and 25 September 2026 — never from a third-party roundup. Most figures date from 5 September; trial terms and the WebinarJam/EverWebinar prices were re-checked there on 21 September 2026, and Welya’s plans read 25 September 2026. Where a vendor does not publish a figure, the table says “Not stated” rather than guessing.
Platforms are ordered by how well they solve the specific problem named at the top of this page, not by what they pay us. Read the full method · affiliate disclosure.
