The Best EverWebinar Alternatives in 2026

EverWebinar is $99/mo billed yearly ($79/mo on a two-year prepay). WebinarJam Basic is $79/mo billed yearly and includes EverWebinar plus live webinars. Prices checked 21 September 2026.

Prices read from each vendor’s pricing page on 5 September 2026. EverWebinar, WebinarJam and trial terms rechecked on 21 September 2026, Welya read 25 September 2026.

The short answer. Before you shop for an alternative, check what you are paying. EverWebinar on its own is $99 a month billed yearly. WebinarJam Basic is $79 a month billed yearly and bundles EverWebinar at no extra cost, plus live webinars on top. Same company, same automation engine, twenty dollars a month less than the yearly standalone plan. If you pay for EverWebinar monthly or yearly, the cheapest way to keep the same engine is the bundle that contains it. WebinarJam’s pricing page does not say whether the bundled EverWebinar keeps the Basic plan’s limits (500 attendees, 2 hours), so ask before you switch.

Why people leave EverWebinar

  1. You are likely overpaying for the same engine. EverWebinar alone is $99/mo billed yearly. WebinarJam Basic is $79/mo billed yearly and lists EverWebinar as included from the Basic tier up, alongside live webinars and a 500-attendee room. Both products come from the same publisher.
  2. There is no live product. EverWebinar automates pre-recorded sessions and nothing else. The moment you want to run one real live session, you are buying a second tool — which is precisely what the bundle above solves.
  3. The trial is not free. It costs $1 for fourteen days and then renews at $199 a month unless you cancel. WebinarJam works the same way, with a $1 fourteen-day trial. eWebinar, Demio, WebinarGeek and ClickMeeting give you a free fourteen-day trial when you create an account, and Welya offers a free trial too. BigMarker has no self-serve trial: you ask its sales team by email, and it does not say how long the trial lasts. Checked 21 September 2026.
  4. Neither the attendee cap nor the session length is published. You cannot size the product against any other platform here without contacting them, which makes an informed comparison impossible before you pay.

Where EverWebinar still wins

On discount alone, EverWebinar deserves credit: paying yearly takes 50 % off its $199 monthly price, and paying for two years takes 60 % off, which works out to $79 a month ($1,896 paid upfront). The two-year 60 % is the deepest discount in this comparison; only WebinarGeek matches the yearly 50 %, and only on its 1,000-viewer Premium plan. It does not make EverWebinar the cheapest automation on this page. WebinarJam Basic costs the same $79 a month on a one-year commitment and includes EverWebinar plus live webinars and a 500-attendee room, and ClickMeeting’s Automated plan starts at $48 a month for 50 attendees. So compare before you renew: the two-year plan only makes sense if standalone EverWebinar gives you something the version bundled in WebinarJam does not. The publisher does not say, so get EverWebinar’s support to confirm it in writing before you sign for two years. EverWebinar and WebinarJam prices checked 21 September 2026.

The alternatives, one by one

Welya €79/mo excl. tax, billed yearly

What’s good. A flat price in euros excl. tax: 500 attendees and two-hour sessions from €79/mo billed yearly. Welya says it runs both live and evergreen webinars, and its pricing grid lists the same features on all three plans: only the caps change. Welya also advertises two features nobody else here lists: live A/B testing of the offer mid-session, and intent scoring of every attendee. These are Welya’s own descriptions; we have not stress-tested them.

What’s not. 500 attendees and two-hour sessions at entry. More means Grow: 2,000 attendees and three-hour sessions, €229/mo excl. tax billed yearly. Welya advertises unlimited attendees on Scale (€370/mo excl. tax billed yearly, 12-hour sessions). Next come WebinarJam Enterprise, 5,000 attendees at a public price ($379/mo billed yearly, 4-hour sessions), and Livestorm’s Pro tier, 3,000.

WebinarGeek €49/mo billed yearly

Full Demio breakdown

eWebinar $84/mo billed yearly

What’s good. The slickest automation of the lot. Unlimited recurring sessions on every tier, so running a funnel all year never costs extra.

BigMarker no public price

What’s not. No public price at any tier. Evergreen only from Enterprise. You’ll be on a sales call before you see a number.

Straight answers

Is there a free EverWebinar alternative?

No platform in this comparison has a permanently free tier that includes automated webinars. ClickMeeting’s free offer is a 14-day trial capped at 25 attendees, and most vendors offer a 14-day trial — WebinarJam and EverWebinar charge $1 for theirs. Welya offers a free trial too. Checked 21 September 2026.

What does EverWebinar actually cost?

EverWebinar has one plan and three ways to pay: $199 a month billed monthly, $99 a month billed yearly ($1,188 upfront), or $79 a month on a two-year plan ($1,896 upfront). The trial costs $1 for 14 days and then renews at $199 a month unless you cancel. Every option has the same features and a 30-day money-back guarantee. EverWebinar is also included at no extra cost in WebinarJam Basic ($79/mo billed yearly) and higher plans, but not in WebinarJam Starter. Checked on everwebinar.com/pricing and webinarjam.com/pricing, 21 September 2026.

Which one is cheapest for evergreen webinars?

Cheapest depends on what automation costs on top of the entry price. On this page, billed yearly: ClickMeeting’s Automated plan from $48/mo, WebinarGeek Premium €69/mo, Welya €79/mo excl. tax (evergreen on every plan, per Welya), EverWebinar or WebinarJam Basic $79/mo (EverWebinar on a two-year prepay, WebinarJam Basic with live webinars included), Demio Growth from $80/mo and eWebinar $84/mo. BigMarker keeps evergreen for Enterprise, on quote.

How often are these prices updated?

Every figure on this page was read from the vendor’s own pricing page between 5 and 25 September 2026: most rows on 5 September 2026, EverWebinar, WebinarJam and trial terms rechecked on 21 September 2026, and Welya’s plans read 25 September 2026. The dates are given under the table. The next scheduled review is 5 December 2026. If you spot a price that has moved, the date tells you how stale this page is.

Do you get paid for these recommendations?

Yes, from two of the publishers on this page. Welya pays us a recurring commission on subscriptions bought through our link, and the onetomany code may credit the sale to us. We are also in Genesis Digital’s affiliate programme, which covers WebinarJam, EverWebinar and Kartra; the WebinarJam links on this page are affiliate links from that programme, so we earn a commission if you buy WebinarJam through them. eWebinar, Demio, WebinarGeek, ClickMeeting and BigMarker pay us nothing. Commission does not set the order: the ranking method is on our methodology page, and every commercial relationship is listed on our disclosure page.

How this page was built

Every price, attendee cap and session limit above was read on 5 September 2026 from the vendor’s own pricing page — never from a third-party roundup. EverWebinar, WebinarJam and trial terms were rechecked on 21 September 2026, and Welya’s plans read 25 September 2026. Where a vendor does not publish a figure, the table says “Not stated” rather than guessing.

Platforms are ordered by how well they solve the specific problem named at the top of this page, not by what they pay us. Read the full method · affiliate disclosure.

Conflict of interest. EverWebinar and WebinarJam are both published by Genesis Digital, which also sells Kartra. Since mid-September 2026 we have been in Genesis Digital’s affiliate programme (run on PartnerStack, covering Kartra, WebinarJam and EverWebinar), so we can earn a commission when you buy WebinarJam or EverWebinar through a tracked link on this site. Two of the three routes recommended at the top of this page, WebinarJam Basic and staying on EverWebinar, are this publisher’s products, so the conflict runs in its favour, not against it. We also earn a recurring commission from Welya, our first pick. The WebinarJam links on this page are affiliate links from that programme and are labelled as such. Kartra’s webinar module (being retired on 1 November 2026, checked 24 September 2026) · the full conflict.
