The Best WebinarJam Alternatives in 2026
WebinarJam's $39 Starter caps sessions at one hour and does not include EverWebinar. Here is what the alternatives give you, checked between 5 and 25 September 2026.
Prices read from each vendor’s pricing page between 5 and 25 September 2026; any check after 5 September is dated next to its figure.
The short answer. WebinarJam's Starter plan, $39 a month billed annually, is a live-only plan. It caps sessions at one hour and rooms at 100 attendees, and it does not include EverWebinar. Automation starts at Basic: $79 a month billed annually, $99 billed monthly. Priced like for like, WebinarJam Basic is still one of the cheapest options here. Welya, our pick, gives the same 500 attendees and two-hour sessions for €79 a month excl. tax, billed annually. Welya says it runs both live and evergreen webinars, and its pricing grid lists the same features on all three plans: only the caps change (grid read 25 September 2026). What Welya adds is a fixed price in euros and the conversion tools it advertises, not a lower price.
- You want a 500-attendee, two-hour room like WebinarJam Basic’s, priced in euros (€79/mo excl. tax against $79/mo, both billed yearly) Welya
- You only need automation and paying in dollars is fine EverWebinar, through WebinarJam Basic: $79/mo billed yearly with EverWebinar included, plus live webinars for 500 attendees. On its own, EverWebinar costs $99/mo billed yearly.
- You want the lowest entry price, billed from inside the EU ClickMeeting ($37/mo billed yearly, 50 attendees); WebinarGeek (€49/mo billed yearly) is next
Where WebinarJam falls short
- A one-hour cap on Starter. If your pitch and Q&A run past sixty minutes, you need Basic, which allows two hours. Since 10 September 2026 (WebinarJam 8.26.0) you can upgrade from inside a running webinar and the new limits apply at once, but that means paying for Basic at that moment.
- No automation on Starter. EverWebinar, the automation product, is included from Basic upward: the footnote on WebinarJam’s pricing page says so, and the trial checkout marks “Automated Webinars” as not included on Starter (checked 21 September 2026). On Starter you are buying live webinars only.
- The trial is not free. It costs $1 for fourteen days, and it renews at the monthly rate unless you cancel.
- Billing is in US dollars with no EU entity, so European buyers carry the exchange rate on every renewal.
Where WebinarJam still wins
On the Basic tier and above, WebinarJam is a fair deal: 500 attendees, two-hour sessions, EverWebinar included at no extra cost, and a 20 % to 24 % annual discount. Most of the criticism above is about what the Starter tier leaves out, not about the product.

The alternatives, one by one
Welya €79/mo excl. tax, billed yearly
What’s good. Flat euro pricing. Welya says it runs both live and evergreen webinars, and its pricing grid lists the same features on all three plans: only the caps change (grid read 25 September 2026). Welya also advertises two features nobody else here lists: live A/B testing of the offer mid-session, and intent scoring of every attendee. These are Welya’s own descriptions; we have not stress-tested them.
What’s not. 500 attendees and two-hour sessions at entry. More means Grow: 2,000 attendees and three-hour sessions, €229/mo excl. tax, billed yearly. Scale, at €370/mo excl. tax, billed yearly, has 12-hour sessions, and Welya advertises unlimited attendees on Scale. Grow and Scale figures read 25 September 2026.
eWebinar $84/mo billed yearly
What’s good. The slickest automation of the lot. Unlimited recurring sessions on every tier, so running a funnel all year never costs extra.
What’s not. One active webinar at entry. Want a second funnel? That’s $199/mo. And the annual discount is the thinnest here at 15 %.
Demio $45/mo billed yearly
What’s good. A consistent annual discount: 29 % to 32 % on every tier with a monthly price. Eight-hour sessions from Growth up.
What’s not. Evergreen isn’t on the $45 Starter. Automation really starts at $80.
WebinarGeek €49/mo billed yearly
What’s good. €49/mo billed yearly, and it bills you from inside the EU.
What’s not. Automated webinars only from Premium, €69/mo billed yearly. The cheap entry isn’t the one you want.
ClickMeeting $37/mo billed yearly
What’s good. A 14-day free trial with 25 attendees and no card (checked 21 September 2026), and it bills in the EU.
What’s not. Automation is in the Automated plan, one tier up: $48 against $37 for the same 50-attendee room.
EverWebinar $99/mo billed yearly
What’s good. The deepest discount on this page: $99/mo billed yearly ($1,188 up front) against $199 monthly, or $79/mo on a two-year plan ($1,896 up front). Check WebinarJam Basic first, though: it includes EverWebinar for $79/mo billed yearly and adds live webinars for 500 attendees. Compare before you renew, and only sign for two years if EverWebinar’s support confirms in writing what you need.
What’s not. No live product at all. And no free trial: $1 for 14 days, then $199/mo unless you cancel.
Straight answers
Is there a free WebinarJam alternative?
No. No platform in this comparison has a permanently free plan. ClickMeeting’s “Free” option is a 14-day trial capped at 25 attendees, with no card required. Most vendors here offer a 14-day trial; WebinarJam and EverWebinar charge $1 for theirs, and Welya offers a free trial. Checked 21 September 2026.
What does WebinarJam actually cost?
WebinarJam's entry tier is $39/mo billed yearly, for up to 100 attendees and 1-hour sessions. Checked on home.webinarjam.com/pricing, 5 September 2026.
Which one is cheapest for evergreen webinars?
It depends on room size. For a small room, ClickMeeting’s Automated plan is the cheapest here, at $48/mo billed yearly for 50 attendees. For a bigger room, WebinarJam Basic costs $79/mo billed yearly with EverWebinar included and live webinars for 500 attendees; its pricing page does not say whether the bundled EverWebinar keeps that 500-attendee cap. Welya’s 500-attendee plan costs €79/mo excl. tax, billed yearly, with evergreen on every plan, per Welya. Neither Demio’s nor WebinarJam’s Starter plan includes automation, and EverWebinar on its own costs $99/mo billed yearly.
How often are these prices updated?
Every figure on this page was read from the vendor’s own pricing page between 5 and 25 September 2026: on 5 September unless another date is given next to it. The next scheduled review is 5 December 2026. If you spot a price that has moved, the date tells you how stale this page is.
Do you get paid for these recommendations?
Yes, from two of the publishers on this page. Welya pays us a recurring commission on subscriptions bought through our link, and the onetomany code may credit the sale to us. We are also in Genesis Digital’s affiliate programme, which covers WebinarJam, EverWebinar and Kartra. eWebinar, Demio, WebinarGeek and ClickMeeting pay us nothing. Commission does not set the order: the ranking method is on our methodology page, and every commercial relationship is listed on our disclosure page.
How this page was built
Every price, attendee cap and session limit above was read from the vendor’s own pricing page between 5 and 25 September 2026 (on 5 September unless another date is given next to it) — never from a third-party roundup. Where a vendor does not publish a figure, the table says “Not stated” rather than guessing.
Platforms are ordered by how well they solve the specific problem named at the top of this page, not by what they pay us. Read the full method · affiliate disclosure.
WebinarJam and EverWebinar are published by Genesis Digital, which also sells the all-in-one suite Kartra. We are enrolled in Genesis Digital's affiliate programme, which covers all three products, so we can earn a commission when you buy WebinarJam or EverWebinar through one of our affiliate links. The programme gives us no Kartra link: our Kartra links go to Kartra's public pricing page and are not tracked. We also earn a recurring commission from Welya, our pick on this page. The EverWebinar links on this page are Genesis Digital affiliate links, marked “affiliate link” like the Welya links; this page does not link to WebinarJam. We say this because the page criticises part of Genesis Digital's pricing and recommends a competitor that also pays us. Kartra's webinar module is being retired on 1 November 2026 (checked 24 September 2026) · the full conflict.
