The Best Livestorm Alternatives in 2026
Livestorm bills per attendee, and replays burn credits. Here is what seven alternatives actually cost, checked on 5 September 2026 (Welya’s prices read 25 September 2026).
Prices read from each vendor’s pricing page on 5 September 2026; trial terms and EverWebinar and WebinarJam prices re-checked on 21 September 2026, Welya’s plans read 25 September 2026.
The short answer. Livestorm is the only platform in this comparison that charges by audience instead of by subscription. If your webinars work, your bill grows with them — and because replays and on-demand sessions consume credits, evergreen costs you for every single viewer. Every alternative below that publishes a price charges a flat monthly fee; BigMarker publishes no price at all.
- You want a flat monthly fee in euros instead of paying per attendee Welya
- You only run automated webinars and never live ones eWebinar
- You run large one-off events a few times a year Livestorm — Stay where you are.
Why people leave Livestorm
- There is no flat plan. Livestorm's Pro tier is priced per attendee — €2.50, or $3.00 on the USD selector — so your cost scales with your success rather than your budget.
- Replays and on-demand sessions consume credits (someone who watches a session live and then its replay counts once). An evergreen funnel that runs all year is billed for every viewer, which is the opposite of what automation is supposed to buy you.
- There is no monthly plan, so there is no yearly discount either: Pro is sold only as a yearly pack of attendee credits. Every other platform here that publishes a price discounts between 15 % and 50 % for paying yearly, with EverWebinar’s 50 % the deepest in the table below.
- There is no trial as such: Livestorm gives you a permanent free plan instead (30 attendee credits a year, 30-minute events), built for testing rather than for running a funnel.
Where Livestorm still wins
Livestorm still has one real strength: up to 3,000 attendees per event on Pro, more than any entry plan in the table below that states a cap. Welya starts at 500; its Grow plan takes 2,000, and Welya advertises unlimited attendees on Scale (€370/mo excl. tax billed yearly, 12-hour sessions). If you run occasional large-audience events rather than a recurring funnel, per-attendee billing can genuinely work out cheaper than a flat plan sized for your peak.

The alternatives, one by one
Welya €79/mo excl. tax, billed yearly
What’s good. Flat euro pricing, excl. tax. Welya says it runs both live and evergreen webinars, and its pricing grid lists the same features on all three plans: only the caps change. Welya also advertises two features nobody else here lists: live A/B testing of the offer mid-session, and intent scoring of every attendee. These are Welya’s own descriptions; we have not stress-tested them.
What’s not. 500 attendees and two-hour sessions at entry. More means Grow: 2,000 attendees and three-hour sessions, €229/mo excl. tax billed yearly. Welya advertises unlimited attendees on Scale (€370/mo excl. tax billed yearly, 12-hour sessions). Next come WebinarJam Enterprise, 5,000 attendees at a public price ($379/mo billed yearly, 4-hour sessions), and Livestorm’s Pro tier, 3,000.
eWebinar $84/mo billed yearly
What’s good. The slickest automation of the lot. Unlimited recurring sessions on every tier, so running a funnel all year never costs extra.
What’s not. One active webinar at entry. Want a second funnel? That’s $199/mo. And the annual discount is the thinnest here at 15 %.
Demio $45/mo billed yearly
What’s good. A consistent annual discount: 29 % to 32 % on every tier with a monthly price. Eight-hour sessions from Growth up.
What’s not. Evergreen isn’t on the $45 Starter. Automation really starts at $80.
WebinarGeek €49/mo billed yearly
What’s good. €49/mo billed yearly, and it bills you from inside the EU.
What’s not. Automated webinars only from Premium, €69/mo billed yearly. The cheap entry isn’t the one you want.
ClickMeeting $37/mo billed yearly
What’s good. A 14-day free trial with 25 attendees and no card required, and it bills you from inside the EU.
What’s not. Automation is in the Automated plan, one tier up: $48 against $37 for the same 50-attendee room.
EverWebinar $99/mo billed yearly
What’s good. Half price if you pay yearly ($99/mo, $1,188 charged upfront) and 60 % off on the two-year plan ($79/mo, $1,896 upfront). No other entry plan in the table discounts that deeply, though the discount is measured against a $199 month-to-month price. Compare before you renew, and only commit to two years if support confirms in writing that it covers what you need.
What’s not. On its own, no live broadcasts: the live product is WebinarJam, from the same publisher. And no free trial: $1 for 14 days, then $199/mo unless you cancel, with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you want live and evergreen together, WebinarJam’s Basic plan includes EverWebinar from $79/mo billed yearly, with live webinars and 500 attendees: less than EverWebinar alone on a yearly plan ($99/mo), and the same monthly rate as its two-year plan, without the two-year commitment. Disclosure: we earn a commission from Genesis Digital, which publishes both; the link below is an affiliate link.
BigMarker no public price
What’s good. Up to 10,000 live attendees on Enterprise, and up to 500,000 on Enterprise+.
What’s not. No public price at any tier. Evergreen only from Enterprise. You’ll be on a sales call before you see a number.
Straight answers
Is there a free Livestorm alternative?
No alternative in this comparison has a permanently free plan. ClickMeeting’s “Free” plan is a 14-day trial capped at 25 attendees, and eWebinar, Demio and WebinarGeek also offer 14 days free. EverWebinar charges $1 for its 14-day trial, then $199/mo unless you cancel; WebinarJam, its sister live product from the same publisher, also charges $1 for a 14-day trial of its Basic plan. Welya offers a free trial, and BigMarker sets up trials on request. Checked 21 September 2026.
What does Livestorm actually cost?
Livestorm does not publish a flat monthly price. Its Pro tier is billed per attendee at €2.50, or $3.00 on the USD selector, with up to 3,000 attendees per event and 4-hour sessions. Enterprise is quote-only. Checked on livestorm.co/pricing, 5 September 2026.
Which one is cheapest for evergreen webinars?
Cheapest depends on what "evergreen" costs you on top of the entry price. Demio’s $45 Starter has no evergreen (see the Demio section). WebinarJam, which is not in the table above, has no automated webinars on its Starter plan ($39/mo billed yearly); they arrive on Basic ($79/mo billed yearly) through EverWebinar, which is included, and that is cheaper than buying EverWebinar alone at $99/mo. ClickMeeting puts it in its Automated plan, one tier up; Livestorm includes it but uses a credit for every viewer. We earn a commission from WebinarJam’s publisher, Genesis Digital (see our disclosure page). WebinarJam and EverWebinar prices read on their pricing pages on 21 September 2026.
How often are these prices updated?
Every figure on this page was read from the vendor’s own pricing page between 5 and 25 September 2026: most on 5 September, trial terms and EverWebinar and WebinarJam prices on 21 September, Welya’s plans on 25 September. The next scheduled review is 5 December 2026. If you spot a price that has moved, the date tells you how stale this page is.
Do you get paid for these recommendations?
Yes, for some of them. We earn a commission from two companies that appear on this page. Welya (our pick) pays us a recurring commission, and the coupon onetomany is ours. Genesis Digital, which publishes EverWebinar, WebinarJam and Kartra, pays us a commission through the PartnerStack network; we joined on 14 September 2026, after the prices on this page were first checked. The EverWebinar links on this page are Genesis Digital affiliate links and are marked as such. Platforms we earn nothing from are still listed and can still win. The ranking method is published on our methodology page, and every commercial relationship is named on our disclosure page.
How this page was built
Every price, attendee cap and session limit above was read on 5 September 2026 (trial terms, EverWebinar and WebinarJam re-checked 21 September 2026, Welya read 25 September 2026) from the vendor’s own pricing page — never from a third-party roundup. Where a vendor does not publish a figure, the table says “Not stated” rather than guessing.
Platforms are ordered by how well they solve the specific problem named at the top of this page, not by what they pay us. Read the full method · affiliate disclosure.
