Demio
A US webinar platform with a polished interface, whose headline price does not include automation.

Plans and limits
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly | Per month, yearly | Attendees | Session cap |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $63 | $540 | $45 | 50 | 3 h |
| Growthevergreen starts here | $117 | $960 | $80 | 150 | 8 h |
| Premium | Not shown | $2,352 | $196 | 150 | 10 h |
What stands out
A consistent annual discount. 29 % to 32 % on every tier that has a monthly price — Starter and every Growth room. Premium is sold yearly only, so there is nothing to compare it against. eWebinar is flatter (15 % on every tier, but much smaller) and EverWebinar cuts deeper (50 %); Demio sits in between, with the same deal at every room size.
Eight-hour sessions from Growth. Three hours on Starter, eight on Growth, ten on Premium. For a training day or a full-day workshop, that is one of the few comfortable caps in this comparison.
Automation costs nothing extra if you are moving up anyway. If you need Growth for the room size, automated and on-demand webinars come with it at no extra charge. Only readers aiming at Starter get caught out.
What to weigh
The $45 headline does not include evergreen. Automated and on-demand webinars start on Growth, at $80 a month billed yearly ($117 monthly) for a 150-attendee room. If automation is why you are buying, Demio's real entry price is $80, not $45.
Growth and Premium are priced per host. Demio needs one host for each event running at the same time, and the price shown is per host. Starter is limited to a single host. Two webinars running in parallel on Growth means paying for two hosts.
A 50-attendee room at entry. The smallest entry tier in this comparison, level with ClickMeeting and WebinarGeek. It fills faster than you expect. The 14-day free trial is smaller still: Growth features, but 20 attendees and 1-hour sessions.
Priced in US dollars by a US company. Demio is run by Banzai International, Inc. For a European buyer, currency conversion applies at every renewal. A VAT-registered business usually self-assesses VAT under the reverse charge — neutral if you recover VAT, a real cost only if you cannot (for example under a VAT exemption scheme).
